Cabasse Speakers
Cabasse was founded in France in 1950 by Georges Cabasse. Cabasse has always been committed to seeking the perfect reproduction of music and sounds without any alteration, coloration or distortion. Driven by research and the desire to constantly innovate, Cabasse invented and developed coaxial loudspeakers technology. This technology makes it possible to house several speakers in a small space, offering music lovers and the essence and thrill of pure sound.
The Cabasse offices house an 5000+ square foot anechonic chamber. This specialised room is essential for carrying out reliable acoustic measurements and designed without any solid links with the building surrounding it, except for the ground, for near-perfect sound insulation. An underground bunker was also constructed and is enables our engineers to carry out power and reliability tests.
The re is also a workshop dedicated to wood, metals, paint and noble composite materials enables the creation of functional prototypes and Cabasse tools. The 12000+ square foot workshop has also been created for the manufacture of top-of-the-range loudspeakers; there is also a repair workshop for Cabasse loudspeakers (the brand’s creator wanted certain speakers, even the oldest ones, to be created with a lifetime guarantee). This enables replacements, rebuilds and measurements to be underaken thanks to the unique Cabasse expertise. Cabasse is part of Cabasse Group, a European pure-player group of connected technologies and objects dedicated to the Smart Home.
