The bundle must consist of the purchase of one new Innuos Music Server or Streamer and one unit of each eligible upgrade component products.

The eligible upgrade components are:
a. ZENmini LPSU
b. PhoenixUSB USB Reclocker
c. PhoenixNET Switch
d. Upgrade Statement Umbilical Cords 0.5m, 1m and 1.5m
3. The table below establishes the compatibility of the upgrade components with the existing Innuos Music Server or Streamer:
4. A discount of 20% on the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) is applicable on each new compatible upgrade component, with a maximum of one unit per eligible upgrade component for the discount.
5. The discount is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
6. Customers who have already purchased an INNUOS music server or streamer may qualify for the 20% discount on a bundle-compatible item of their choice, provided they:
a. Provide the serial number and model of their previously purchased product to the dealer on the act of the purchase; and
b. Redeem this offer by January 31st, 2025.
7. Eligible Innuos Music Servers or Streamers from existing customers are:
a. Any model from ZEN Mk2 Series
b. Any model from ZEN Mk3 Series
c. ZENith SE
d. ZEN and ZENith Next-Gen
e. Any model from PULSE Series

9. Innuos reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time and without previous notice.

11. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse any transaction if the conditions are not met or if the purchase interest is deemed ineligible for bundle purposes.
