The BassTrax Tractrix diffuser system in the Fyne Audio Vintage Classic Gold SP series is designed to deliver precise and uniform bass performance. This system utilizes a downward-firing port with a twin-cavity reflex loading arrangement. The Vintage Classic Gold SP Series is equipped with an expertly designed, bi-wired passive crossover, fine-tuned for exceptional audio clarity. Using premium audiophile components, including high-grade polypropylene capacitors, low-loss laminated iron core inductors, and high-power precision resistors, the crossover is engineered to deliver a natural and transparent sound.
Fyne Audio's Vintage Classic VIII SP is a premium 2-way loudspeaker that combines timeless retro design with advanced audio engineering. Featuring Fyne’s renowned IsoFlare™ point source driver, it delivers precise stereo imaging and a natural, immersive sound experience, even off-axis. The 200mm (8”) multi-fibre bass/midrange cone, paired with a 25mm magnesium dome tweeter, ensures a rich, detailed sound from 30Hz to 34kHz. Enhanced by the BassTrax™ Tractrix diffuser for deep, controlled bass, the handcrafted real wood veneered birch ply cabinet adds both elegance and acoustic integrity, making the Classic VIII SP a perfect blend of style and performance.
